There are three areas to focus on when grabbing up extra energy for your transformational journey:

  1. Mind - What you are around, you become. 
  2. Body - Optimize the temple and it will treat you well. 
  3. Soul - Purposeful work, serving others, true identity actions. 

Tip #1

Unwind to recover both emotionally and physically. Journaling, counseling, movement, support groups, hobbies. 

Tip #2

Check your cynicism at the door. You cannot control anyone except yourself. Evaluate where you are giving up your ideals, hobbies and stop living in other peoples lives. 

Tip #3

Reflect on destructive patterns. Make a plan on how you are going to keep yourself accountable. Share it with others, grab outside support and trash the excuses. 

Tip #4

What isn't working needs to be re-routed. Fix one part at a time. Stress is healthy and manageable when given the right coping skills. 

Tip #5

Experimentation leads you to continue on through the behaviors of change to higher energy and performance. Explore this world and where you feel most in your true identity re-energized in the environment.
