This group will be 10 people or less to give space for impactful discussion. Mastermind will run over 12-months and renew thereafter. Virtual meetings will be one hour long on a cadence schedule (ex: first Tuesday at 8:30am). Recordings will be sent out to those unable to attend because of vacations or sick time.
This enrollment includes a DISC Work Style & Internal Motivators assessment to guide you on this journey. The report information will be brought into sessions as you begin to understand others' behaviors.
