Purchases

Online services are prepaid before service can begin. Some services will provide additional material electronically while others may have hard-copy workbooks. Cancellation or refund request of services must be before service begins. Once service begins, no refunds will be given. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds. Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle until cancelling your subscription located on the user account page of the website.

Content

Our Service does not allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available course information, text, graphics, videos, or other material.  Private video course links and workbook sheets sent to participants are not to be shared, replicated or grouped with other individuals without prior written consent from KB Training Connections LLC.

Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by KB Training Connections LLC. KB Training Connections LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that KB Training Connections LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Disclaimer

The Site may contain testimonials by users of services. These testimonials reflect the experiences of participants. I do not claim that all users will have the same experiences and individual results will vary. The testimonials on the site are not intended, nor should they be construed, as claims that our products and/or services can be used to diagnose, prevent or otherwise be used for any medical condition.
