In This Mastermind, You Will:

Gain Effective Team Leadership & Communication
Develop essential communication skills and learn actionable tactics to foster team dynamics. Practice techniques with peers to inspire and elevate team performance. -
Learn Workload Management & Burnout Prevention
Gain practical tools to manage team workloads, prevent burnout, and maintain productivity. Build accountability with supportive peers committed to well-being and efficiency. -
Grow, Empower & Development
Learn the art of delegation, one-on-ones and adaptability tools to empower your team and focus on organizational priorities. Exchange practices with fellow supervisors for continuous improvement.
This group will be 10 people or less to give space for impactful discussion. Mastermind will run over 12-months and renew thereafter. Virtual meetings will be one hour long on a cadence schedule (ex: first Tuesday at 8:30am). Recordings will be sent out to those unable to attend because of vacations or sick time.
This enrollment includes a DISC Work Style & Internal Motivators assessment to guide you on this journey. The report information will be brought into sessions as you begin to understand others' behaviors.Â
